An internal scheduling tool by Eos Telehealth.
Overview Clinic Hours Tracker is a custom Chrome extension built by the staff of Eos Telehealth.
We designed this internal tool to help the team at the separate clinic, Dreem Health, seamlessly calculate their net patient clinic hours. By securely fetching data from Google Calendar, the extension automatically subtracts administrative overlaps from scheduled clinic time, providing an instant, accurate picture of weekly availability.
Security & Data Use Currently maintained for our network of 50+ colleagues, this tool operates strictly on a read-only basis. It identifies the start and end times of user-specified events to perform local calculations. All mathematical processing happens directly within the user's browser, ensuring that personal schedules and patient data remain entirely private and are never transmitted to external servers.
